Courtney Davenport
I am a psychotherapist with a Master's Degree in Social Work. My clinical work focuses on helping individuals with depression, anxiety, and issues around self-esteem, weight management or body image. In addition, I provide family and couples therapy to address relationship concerns, communication, conflict resolution, divorce management/recovery, and transitional support. I have specific training in working with children and adolescents and their parents in addressing behavior problems, ADHD, and adjustment issues. I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches to help clients. Each client's needs are different and require a personalized approach. My approach to therapy takes the unique needs of each individual and creates a customized treatment plan to help them feel better and live their life to its fullest potential.
I feel that selecting a therapist is a very personal choice that requires finding a professional who is the right match for you and your needs. My goal is to provide clients with the right match whether it be through services I provide or connecting them with appropriate resources in the community.
